We are offering a really nice 6 room 4 bedroom 2 full bathroom Ranch Style House for January occupancy. The house is currently having work done and should be available for occupancy in January. Once the work has been completed I will be setting up appointments to show the property. The pictures here reflect the top floor and one bedroom in the lower level. It has a nice private back yard and private driveway. The heat is gas hot water and there are washer and dryer hook-ups. There is also another full kitchen and another full bathroom in the lower level. The owner is looking for occupants with good credit and no pets are allowed.
