Month to month lease available but would prefer someone who will stay for more than 6 months. Current individual in the house are two working professionals, both male, who would like to keep the place quiet and clean during the week. We both travel for work or work from home a good amount of the time. Enjoy quiet nights during the week and out exploring or socializing on the weekend. Other hobbies include sports, breweries, and other outdoor or mountain activities. Kitchen has Modern stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, large shared space, 3 car garage with lots of additional parking space, In unit laundry (Washer & Dryer). • Rent is $700 including water/sewer, trash/recycle. Other utilities (Electricity/gas and internet) will be shared among all occupants. Application information: • Security deposit equals to 1/2 first month’s rent. Must pass background check ($45). • I currently have one dog, but open to additional pets just let me know. • No smoking in the house.
