Seymour/Naugatuck/Ansonia is a large area encompassing a collection of neighborhoods east of the Naugatuck River. The northern section of the area is comprised mostly of forests hiding a few residential areas, but the eastern and southern portions of the community are less secluded. Highway 8 runs through the eastern section of town connecting residents to other parts of New England including New Haven, located 10 miles southeast. The highway also features commercial developments as several shopping centers are located along or just off the road. Renters will find that rental options are centered along this road as well. Apartments in a range of styles and prices are situated in proximity to the main thoroughfare.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Small town Western Connecticut is like a 4 season resort; a staycation of sorts. Do you love outdoor activities like hiking, boating, fishing, motocross, or skiing? Then you'll love it here because you're never far from some scenic place to indulge in some me time. Do you or your loved ones prefer to spend down time more quietly engaged? We have museums, fine and casual dining, shopping, antiquing and much more to explore your interests and fill your senses. In Woodbury, you can soak in salt baths and then run next door for homemade treats and coffee. A salesperson who believes that telling her clients the truth is the best way to protect their interests or as my friends say: there is no TRuth without Ruth. I have a passion for interior design and worked as an interior designer for years before becoming a real estate agent. You can take the girl out of the decorating field but you can't take the love of decorating out of the girl, so I encourage my sellers to make the most of my staging skills to achieve top value for their listings, while helping buyers figure out where to best place their furniture in their new homes, for maximum wow and functionality. My clientele ranges from first time home buyers starting new lives to first time home sellers who are downsizing - possibly moving to warmer climes, to seniors selling their much-loved homes to move to assisted living, and everyone in between. I love my investors who take me to see all the best places. Some are flippers, others like to buy, fix, and hold, and for some it just depends on the property if they will resell or hold and rent. One day I can be touring foreclosures in the morning with an investor and later in the afternoon, meet with sellers who want to sell their beautiful home in one of the well-manicured million-dollar neighborhoods. No matter what type of client I'm working with, I always have my trusty iPad so we can look up properties, run comps or to maybe find and call contractors when questions arise. 92% of all buyers begin their search on the internet. Even though the majority of those buyers can find homes on the internet 92 times quicker than their sometimes technology challenged agent, they still need an agent. As your agent, I'm the expert who not only understands the market, but wants you to understand the market, as well. If you're a buyer, you should know that as your agent, my job is to sell you a home you can afford to keep, not just purchase and when it's time to sell, I'll tell the unique story of your home. Call, text, email, or message me, and let's discuss how I can make your real estate dreams come true. TOP LUXURY BROKERAGE 2023 Real Estate Refined, RAVestimate
