We require either 3 months of pay stubs or 3 months of bank statements showing direct deposits into your account as income verification. If you are self-employed or own your own business we require your two most recent tax returns. If you receive retirement income, social security, disability, etc, we require a benefit verification letter detailing the terms and amounts received. If you are starting a new position and do not yet have 3 months of pay stubs, we require an offer letter from your employer that states your salary/income and terms of employment. 4) All prospective tenants must agree to a credit and background check. We are looking for credit scores to be 600 or above and any pertinent eviction or criminal history.
