About This Property
This is a mobile home located at 559 Wancy Circle, Summerville, SC 29486 in Sand Hill Park. Sand Hill is a genuinely nice, quiet community tucked away from a main road. Small dogs and cats are welcome with a nonrefundable $300 deposit for each pet. Rent is $1200 per month + $1200 security deposit + septic $25 + water meter fee of $15.00. Tenants are responsible for electricity and water. Applicants will need to fill out a rental application online. Applicants must be able to pass a background check (no evictions or criminal background), provide proof of income (must make at least 3 x the rental amount), and not owe any utility companies. Nonsmoking is required. Sand Hill is a genuinely nice, quiet community tucked away from a main road. The Park is minutes from Canes Bay High school, Starbucks, Publix, Restaurants, Walmart, and Lowes. Property lots are large and wooded.
