About This Home
This condo unit is on the 6th floor in Tower Plaza, which is in the Central Campus area of U of MI in Ann Arbor, within 5 min walking distance to many school buildings and downtown Ann Arbor. Law school and business school are right at the corner. It is a large studio with tiled floor that makes it is easy to clean and the wall windows facing south gets lots of heat from the sun in winter. All utilities, except electricity (provided by DTE Energy), are covered by the Home Owners Association fee that owner pays . I am looking for a tenant to sign a 12-month lease for $1,700 per month starting 8/24/2026. This is on a first come first serve basis, i.e. whoever puts down the $1,700 security deposit will hold the unit. The first month rent needs to be paid by the time moving in.
555 E William St is a condo located in Washtenaw County and the 48104 ZIP Code.
Tower Plaza
Tower Plaza stands as a prominent fixture in downtown Ann Arbor, offering a blend of urban convenience and academic proximity. Completed in 1969, this 26-story condominium building houses 296 units, making it one of the tallest structures in the city. Its modernist design, featuring a predominantly glass facade, provides residents with panoramic views of the University of Michigan campus and the vibrant cityscape. Situated just one block from the university, Tower Plaza caters to a diverse community of students, professionals, and long-term residents seeking the quintessential Ann Arbor experience.
