You will wake to the sound of birds. Seventeen acres of farmland on the property is currently farmed by local farmer for organic grains. Next door to organic vegetable farm. Walk across the field to pick up your vegetables! Lots of room for gardening. The little house is in an open format with a cabin feel. The square footage is 300 sq ft – one room plus loft and bathroom. Loft has 7 foot ceiling in the center with plenty of space. Maple hard wood floors and trim. Lots of windows. Tile bathroom with custom tiled shower. This little house was designed for energy efficiency and sustainability. The construction is structural insulated panels with high R value. Windows are high energy efficiency. Small space is easy to heat, maintain and clean. Rent includes water (from well), sewer (septic system). Garbage and electric paid by the renter. Tenant has to mow the lawn. Internet and phone available via wireless service only. Kitchen includes fridge, sink, and propane range/oven. No pets. No smoking. Tenant must keep the place clean. Partially furnished. $1,500 security deposit. First month, last month. Rental application will include credit check and references. Appointments to see the house are available on Sat Feb 17 and Sun Feb 18 between 1 and 5pm. Email the craigslist link with your interest.
