About This Home

12 Month Lease, $2,500 deposit, Available Oct 1

This home has the charm and sturdiness of an older house but the modern conveniences of a new build, with a renovated kitchen and stainless steel appliances. They don't make them like this anymore! Hardwood floors and an open floor plan with windows on both sides and lots of natural light. The bedrooms are separated (a great set up for two friends). You'll have access to a shared washer/dryer right outside of the unit. 10 minute walk to Wash Park! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Both bedrooms have large windows and ensuite bathrooms. Large living space with open floor plan and dining room. Plenty of room to set up desks / offices for those looking to work from home. And plenty of space for storage as well. The apartment is photographed furnished but will be delivered unfurnished. The West Wash Park neighborhood is full of charm and known for its mile-long park with two lakes, basketball courts, walking paths, and pickup volleyball. Starbucks is two blocks away. Safeway and Whole Foods are also walking distance. One off street parking space available for additional $80 per month. Cats and most dogs allowed with approval, $50 per month pet rent. Garbage, recycling is included. Electricity/natural gas bill meter is shared with downstairs unit (also a 2 bedroom), and water is shared with all three units and will be billed back proportionally to number of bedrooms, so this unit is charged $165 flat per month. Tenants will set up their own wifi with xfinity. No smoking allowed.
