Residents vs management, who's more important?

The location is perfect, steps from Central Park, 5 different subway lines within blocks, almost anything you can dream of at hand, and the fun of meeting celebrity neighbors. The cost of all this is paying rent that is higher than the median income in this country, for a very small apartment that may bring on claustrophobia. For attacks of that is when the aforementioned park etc become important. It also comes in handy since free entertainment is probably all you'll be able to afford after the rent. The management company is amoral and will charge you for using the mirror too much, and will try to evict you the minute they think they can get a higher rent. It's the price you pay for living in Manhattan. Good luck!
