Spacious 3 Bed 1 bath apartment in prime location! 2 minutes up the hill from Aldi, 3 minutes from the train station. -Large living room, dinning room, eat-in kitchen, and laundry room, in addition to 3 small bedrooms. -Back porch and a communal backyard. -1 parking spot -Washer/dryer in unit -Trash is included. Water/gas/electric are *not* included. Apartment is currently in the process of light renovations. Showings will be May 3-9. Pet fee additional $45/month/pet. Application fee: $20/tenant. Each adult over the age of 18 requires a separate background check and fee. Applicants: -must make 3x the rent -must have credit score of 600 or above -no smoking A non-refundable Deposit to Hold in the amount equal to one month’s rent will be required within 24 hours of approval to hold the property until a mutually agreed upon move-in date.
