AVAILABLE for move in on APRIL 1st, 2026. $1,200+$1,200 damage/cleaning deposit to move in. Includes ALL Utilities, WIFI, and Amenities: pool, spa, gym, common area, tennis courts, on site laundry, one gated Parking space. Includes use of common shared Kitchen and living room, room for surfboards on the deck, 2 standard size clothes closets + shelves. The current tenant leaving on April 1 is willing to sell her Queen sized bed at giveaway price if needed. Encino Oaks, at 5460 White Oak Ave., is a good location - within an hour-ish commute to/from Santa Monica, Malibu, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, or Ventura, and only 35 min. to Studio City, or 40 min to Santa Clarita. Walking/biking distance from Ventura Ave shopping/restaurants, Balboa Park, or Trader Joes. The couple in the other room are mid 20's college grads; very mellow & 420 friendly, but both with active physical, work, social, and travel lives.
