I've been here 4 years so far and it's not a bad place to live. The rent is low, community quiet, area is great. A few pitfalls: washers/dryers constantly have problems, been here 4 years and essentially had a new super each year... except for the time there was none. Repairs can be slow, but get done eventually. The office is confused and mismanaged, but if you pay your rent and don't have questions for them they are pretty easy to avoid. Large living space with low rent. Great for a low key tenant!
