About This Property
Looking for a clean and respectful roommate to live with me in a 1 master bedroom/private math room for a lease timeline of at least 12 months. The offered space is a private master sized bedroom with a private bathroom attached. The offered rental is a no pot, no party's location. Bedroom is unfurnished but that can be changed if needed! Shared common areas will be furnished. Overnight guests need to be a rare occasion, will be rare for me as well. Background check will be part of the interview process! The townhouse is a high-end new build that is right in the center of a bustling and growing area with access to a lot of restaurants, grocery, and shopping right across the street! A little about me! I am a fresh college graduate who works for the Air Force in Colorado Springs. I love hanging out with friends, listening to music, reading books, watching movies/tv shows, and exploring new places and activities, I work throughout the week but love to relax at night and over the weekend. Very early riser for work and I go to bed between 8 pm - 10 pm. Creating a friendship totally possible ??.
