This cabin is designed for comfort and entertainment, featuring an indoor fireplace, a full kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. Enjoy the game room with a pool table and games, and relax in the private indoor pool with optional heating and a hot tub. For convenience, a washer and dryer are provided. This pet-friendly cabin offers free on-site parking and street parking. Optional pool and spa heating can be arranged for an additional $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, with guests choosing between a $250 refundable security deposit for 1-night stays or a $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (capped at $100) for stays of 2 nights or more. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and drug-free property, with no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A maximum of 9 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Trash must be taken out and disposed of properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. Violations of any house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. Please be aware that due to the natural environment, humidity and bugs are common occurrences, and after rain, there may be some debris in the pool which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.
