About This Property

Newly updated 3 bed 2 bath bungalow style home in South Minneapolis Nokomis neighborhood. $2,550/month for a 12 mo. lease agreement, $1,000/adult security deposit due with first month’s payment. Across the street from Hale Elementary school (and park!) and a few blocks away from Lake Nokomis. Within walking distance to the lake, Minnehaha creek trails and many parks. PLEASE NOTE: These pictures of our rental are from previous staging. We will be holding walk throughs for those that are very interested between 8/2 and 8/7.
