About This Property

Across the street from Hale Elementary school (and park!) and a few blocks away from Lake Nokomis. Within walking distance to the lake, Minnehaha creek trails and many parks. Close access to shops and restaurants on Chicago Ave., Bloomington Ave. and Cedar Ave! Very bike-friendly area, and less than half a block away to transit options on 54th street. We will have two open houses on July 22nd from 10am to 2pm and July 23rd from 10 am to noon.
