Enter through the front door using a digital keypad to find the living room and fully equipped eat-in kitchen on the main floor. The living room features a full sofa bed, a futon, and a large Smart TV. The kitchen includes all essential cookware and dinnerware, with two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom features a queen and full bed, the second has a queen bed, the third room has two twin beds, and the final bedroom has a king bed. A grill is available for use out back. A pack 'n play or travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee, and they must be crated when left unattended in the home. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pet hair or waste is found. This quiet, family-friendly neighborhood consists primarily of current and retired military members and their families. While there is no public transit in the neighborhood, you will need a car or cab to get around. You will have access to the full house, and we trust our guests to feel completely at home.
