The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware, and there are two dining tables for meal times. Upstairs, you'll find all four bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The first bedroom includes a queen and full bed, the second has a queen bed, the third room has two twin beds, and the final bedroom has a king bed. A grill is available for use out back. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, and they must be crated when left unattended. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. This home is situated in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood consisting primarily of current and retired military members and their families. It's a great spot, but you'll need a car or cab as there isn't any public transit in the neighborhood. Check-in is flexible as long as you arrive after 3:00 p.m. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur an automatic $500 damage charge.
