Victor R. Aves, a native of Dallas, TX was born and reared with his twin sister in the inner-city section of Dallas known as Oak Lawn. With the help of family and friends, hard work from his single mom, Maria, Victor was able to attend Catholic school from first through twelfth grade. Graduating in the top 25% of his class from Bishop Lynch High School, Victor was lucky enough to get some scholarships his freshman year to help him attend the college of his choice, North Texas State University. Victor financed his way 100% through college working various jobs both on and off campus. He graduated with a degree in Real Estate/Finance in 1988. Upon graduation, Victor worked as tenant representative in the commercial real estate field for an independent broker and later became a research manager for a company called M/PF Research/Realpage where he worked for over eleven and a half years heading up their commercial real estate research division and later the national multi-family research division. Victor is bilingual and has traveled to Mexico on business for consulting jobs with his former company and continues to use his use of both languages today. Currently, Victor is the principal in his own company, Pegasus Realty Inc., which is a full service real estate company representing clients primarily in residential real estate transactions, multi-family and owner/occupied buildings and assisting his clients through careful research and analysis of data. Pegasus Realty has expanded in the past several years to include property leasing and management.
