An additional pet fee of $100-300 is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Optional services such as mid-stay cleanings and early check-in/late checkout are available for an additional fee. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. A $200 penalty applies for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Guests must observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance. Long-term stays of 30 days or more are subject to a background search and credit check. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking, and a minimum age requirement of 22 years old applies for the primary person booking, except for students or interns. Weapons and drugs are not allowed, and police will be called for violations. The apartment is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
