Living room and family room (LR 2) are partially furnished. Amernities: big screen TV, fireplace, sunroom with ping pong table. Gas range stove with 5 burners, dishwasher, washer/dryer. 2 car garage. Fenced in back yard, back garden, and garden bed, two deck patios, gas grill. Dogs welcome! Walkable to Lo-Bo trail, Twin Lakes park, Avery Brewery, Coot Lake, Boulder reservoir, and shops. 12 minutes to downtown Boulder and university by car. Bus stop for high schoolers is two blocks from house. Come check it out! 10-month lease. Aug 1-15, 2025 - May 31, 2026 (with some flexibility). Since we live here in June/July (4-8 weeks), rental will be available again in August 2026. But we also have flexibility to meet your needs and will take each app on a case by case basis. Some of our furniture can be placed in storage if not needed. Tenant pays utilities: trash, water, gas, electric, wifi. 1st month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee due at signing. Deposit is not to be used as last month's rent. Tenant should maintain yard and garden or hire landscaping services per HOA.
