Located in Sequoia Heights Resort, this delightful cabin offers a charming retreat with an open concept that beckons the allure of the Smoky Mountains. This spacious cabin features 2 bedrooms, a loft with sleeping space, and 4 bathrooms. The large living area is perfect for gathering, and a game room with a pool table and games offers entertainment. The large, fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, and both indoor and outdoor dining areas provide ample space for meals. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer/dryer. Enjoy a private indoor pool with the option to add heating for an additional $35 per day of stay, which must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in. Well-behaved, house-trained dogs are welcome with prior written notification and host approval, subject to a pet fee of up to $150. Up to two cars may park side-by-side in the driveway. Pigeon Forge is a vibrant destination filled with adventure, entertainment, and music, offering a unique blend of Appalachian scenery and Southern culture. It's a haven for hikers, bikers, and campers, with close proximity to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, offering over a thousand kilometers of hiking trails. Enjoy live performances at local theaters, comedy shows, and dinner shows. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. Due to the natural environment, humidity and bugs are common occurrences. Pool heating and hot tub usage must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, with an additional fee of $35 per day of usage. Additional fees may apply if a week's notice is not given. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Check-out time is 10 AM. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100). Includes a free washer/dryer.
