Unit is approximately 300 sq ft on the ground floor and is beautiful & peaceful place to work or play! We are centrally located less than 12 miles from Hollywood, Downtown LA, Burbank, Glendale & Pasadena and biking distance from the Rose Bowl, Occidental College, an endless selection of unique restaurants and pubs, boutique shopping & more! Eagle Rock is a vibrant neighborhood known for its diversity, art culture (including monthly art walks), quaint boutiques, trendy restaurants and cozy pubs. Home to Occidental College, it has a thriving student community as well. Free parking is available on the street of our home and is usually very easy to find. We do offer parking in our driveway for loading and unloading of personal items. The neighborhood is easily navigated by car and all the essentials are also close enough to be easily accessible by walking or biking. We are located just 3 miles from the Highland Park Gold Line rail station which connects to multiple locations throughout Los Angeles including Downtown and Hollywood. Please note the backyard is a shared space. You will likely see and hear our family playing in the yard or working in the garden. We occasionally have small gatherings with friends and our guests are always invited to join! One pet (40 lbs max) permitted for an additional fee but MUST be approved before leasing.
