Beautiful, peaceful, and private upper floor apartment. 900 sqft 15 min walking distance to everywhere! Available after August 15, 2020. Washer and dryer for shared use in the basement. Furnished apartment. Fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, kitchen supplies. Queen size bed. Couch. One parking permit off-street. 1 Kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, 1 office room, and 1 bathroom. The apartment is perfect for a couple or less. No smoke inside the apartment. Central air force heater and AC. A second window AC is available. My family and I live at the bottom apartment. We have a baby and a quiet dog. My wife works from home and I work all day at the Ruby Hospital as a postdoctoral researcher (10 min walk). The two apartments will split utilities. On average, $120 per month per apartment, Including fast internet. Security Deposit: one month To reserve the apartment, we need a one-month rent deposit. This can be used as a security deposit after we sign the lease. Cat allowed. Dog, depending on the dog energy. Pet fee no refundable $350 for carpet cleaning.
