The Bamboo Apartments! There are 10 beautiful one bedrooms, one cute studio, and one 2 bedroom apartment at Bamboo. This great building is just one block off Beach Drive in the heart of Old Northeast. Imagine walking to the water, NorthShore Park, and more! Each of these beautifully renovated units have tile flooring, great closet space, tons of windows, and good-sized bathrooms. Many units have central heat and air conditioning, dishwashers, and super cool custom tile backsplashes, and mahogany cabinets to match. This is an adorable kitchen and the focal part of the apartment! These units have a nice floorplan with a combination living room/kitchen area with a hallway on one side which boasts a large walk through closet. Follow the hallway to a sunny bedroom with lots of windows. The en-suite bathroom has a full-size tub. Coin-operated laundry on-site adds to your convenience as does the on-site parking lot! Plenty of on-street parking is available, but wouldn't it be nice to not have to worry about finding a spot? No permit for street parking here! Sorry no dogs. Pets may be welcome with a one-time, non-refundable fee of $99. A monthly pet rent of $15 for each small pet (less than 45 pounds) will be added to rent. A monthly pet rent of $25 for each large pet (greater or equal to 45 pounds) will be added to rent. There is a limit of 2 pets per unit. A pet interview may be necessary We do ask for first month's rent and security deposit before move in. $199 portion of the deposit is a non-refundable refurbish fee. There is a separate $49 utility fee which pays for water, sewer and trash. for cooking, and hot water too. The available unit is a great unit on the 2nd floor unit.
