A private poolside cabana is available for rent from 10am to 8pm, featuring floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower, lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. Valet parking is available for a fee. Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach, this apartment offers direct access to the beach and is less than 3 miles from the center of South Beach. The area is recognized for its intimacy and charm, making it the perfect spot for singles or families. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions, and nightlife. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from the pool area, where there are two heated pools and hot tubs. The property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. In the rare event of an unexpected emergency maintenance issue before or during your stay, a unit of equal or greater value will be assigned. If the dates you selected are not available, alternative units may be available at the same beachfront property. Check-in and check-out times are flexible, and the property is non-smoking with penalties for violations.
