The building provides a huge swimming pool, front desk, and security. The beach is just an elevator ride away, allowing you to walk through the swimming pool area and swim in the ocean. This apartment is located on the beach with a lovely and equipped balcony. In the morning, enjoy a walk on the beach and the ocean view. The property is part of a condo that offers a wide range of facilities such as a swimming pool, jacuzzi, garden, and convenience store. Located on the famous Collins Avenue, this large apartment can accommodate up to 5 guests with its 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is equipped with a TV, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, hob, dishes, and glassware, along with a full kitchen, living, and dining area. Parking is not included, and we do not manage the garage. The cost per day is $35, from Friday to Sunday and on holidays the cost per day is $45, weekly $175, and monthly $450. A hotel registration fee of $500 is paid to the host. The apartment is located in Miami Beach's Mid Beach/Millionaires Row area, a narrow strip of land between the Atlantic Ocean and Indian Creek, allowing for oceanfront living and ocean access boating from the Indian Creek docks. A bus station is in front of the building, and you can also use Uber and Lyft for fast, easy, and affordable transportation. You are 10 minutes by car from South Beach, Lincoln Rd, Ocean Dr., Midtown, and Wynwood. If you prefer to go north, Aventura Mall, Bal Harbor Shops, and Gulfstream Park are 20 to 30 minutes away, always with the ocean on your side. Guests will have full access to the building, including direct access to the beach with no roads to cross, a jacuzzi, direct access to the onsite pool, 24-hour security, a tiki bar by the pool area with reasonable prices, and a shopping convenience store in the lower lobby. The washer and dryer are in the corridor. Before your arrival, you must complete a form to access the apartment. The apartment will be very clean upon arrival with plenty of fresh towels, and there is no need to clean the apartment when you leave as the cleaning fee covers it.
