Located about four miles southwest of Downtown Nashville, Sylvan Park is a scenic neighborhood brimming with historic character. Sylvan Park’s rental options range from modern apartments in newly constructed buildings to charming houses built in the 1920s and 1930s.

The Richland Creek Greenway surrounds the course, connecting hikers to shopping and dining areas on White Bridge Pike and Harding Pike.
Although Sylvan Park is mostly residential, the community offers a slew of great dining options on 46th Avenue North and Murphy Road. There are plenty of additional restaurants towards the north end of the neighborhood as well, along Charlotte Avenue.
