I moved here at the end of 2024. So far I’ve really enjoyed living here. I live in a studio apartment which in my opinion is a great layout. Updated appliances and pretty walnut throughout. I live on a fairly quiet floor, hearing mild noises that don’t bother me and are typical for living near others. I have heard of others having louder experiences depending on the tenants but where I live is great. Walkable location, great for if you have a pup. Management has been fairly easy to work with, I find it important to be respectful and reasonable when speaking with them and it works well for me. Con: small parking lot spaces (they’re manageable but car dings are fairly common, I don’t care because I have an older car). Also, package delivery is sketchy sometimes. I’ve had an Amazon package stolen but Amazon replaced it, so I wasn’t worried about it. The leasing office has an alternative location that your packages can be sent, to avoid having them stolen. I’m just lazy and take the risk of having them sent here. Overall, I recommend living here if you can handle the prices, there could be better options out there but this is one to consider :)

This is a college frat house masquerading as a luxury apartment building. If you value a consistent sleep schedule during the work week, avoid at all costs. The higher price point does not filter out the chaos - I can not overstate how unbearable the noise in this place was. This is not a nice place for working professionals. Cons: - Noise is unbearable! voices, phone calls, music, tv, walking, etc. all bleed through floors and walls - Parties almost every day of the week during quiet hours - Lacklust enforcement of community guidelines (see noise) - 100% there are more people in a unit than on the leases - you will frequently see people throwing keys out their windows - Mail room is a free-for-all - barely any delivery service uses the locked package room so your packages are dumped in the lobby/mailbox area Pros: - Amenities (when not overrun by the insane number of people in the building) - Location - Work orders fixed frequently
Management does a poor job in responding to tenets.bad experience overall.
Just moved in and the amenities are great. Location is 5 minutes from everything.
