Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, ultra-fast Wi-Fi, Hulu Live TV, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The kitchens feature quartz counters and stainless appliances and are fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils. Each residence showcases artwork by local artist Nico Amortigui. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided. The living room offers comfortable seating with upholstered furniture, a large flat-screen television with streaming, and a desk. Ample storage in the apartment makes it ideal for long-term guests. The bathroom has modern bath fixtures and tiled walls and floor and includes Nest toiletries. On-site parking is available. A 7-day pass to Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is available for $50. A workstation is available for rent during your stay, including two 32” monitors, a wireless keyboard, and a mouse. If you are traveling with a dog, it must be registered at a cost of $59 per dog (two maximum). Located in historic Elizabeth, these apartments are conveniently located a few steps from Hawthorne Avenue, the heart of Charlotte’s healthcare district. Plaza Midwood and Upton are a short ride away on the streetcar. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Italian, Mexican, Cajun, and Mediterranean). Independence Park, Charlotte’s oldest park, is just down the street. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 7 am. Dogs are never allowed on the furniture or bed. If there is hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, damage, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged an additional fee. Only two dogs are allowed per stay unless otherwise approved. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside or outside the home or building. Parties, additional guests, events, or large gatherings are not permitted in the property. Air conditioning must remain between 72 and 75 degrees in the summer and 68-72 in the winter and on AUTO to help ensure it stays in good working condition during your stay. If you do not register your dog, you will be charged $120 per dog. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. [SI]
