This is a modern and spacious (1008 square feet) first-rate, 2 bedroom apartment (it is the entire 2nd floor of a 3-floor Center City condo building) with a front balcony, a rear patio for get-togethers, gardening and barbecuing, a secure bike rack in the patio, and off-street parking in a secure-gated parking lot. There is no surcharge if you have a cat or dog.
Each bedroom can be set up with one king/queen bed, or with two twin or twin XL beds, and thus the apartment will easily accommodate up to 4 people.
The Rental includes:
washer/dryer in the apartment;
fully equipped, modern kitchen with dishwasher and microwave;
includes one parking spot in our gated parking lot;
(however, if you don't need any parking spot, then the rent will be reduced by $200/month);
bike rack, and gated patio/gardening/barbecue area
This incredible location at 12th and South is probably as safe as it gets in Center City:
you can walk to all Center City restaurants, theaters and night spots;
only 2 minute walk to Whole Foods, Acme, CVS, Bank of America, PNC, and Chase Banks;
an easy walk (10-15 minutes) to Jefferson University and Pennsylvania Hospital;
2 blocks / 2 minute walk to the South Street subway station on the Broad Street SEPTA line;
only a 15 minute commute to University of Pennsylvania or to Temple University;
and just a one block walk to an excellent dog park (gated)
