Restaurants, shopping, theatres, Metro North, I 95 are around the corner. What makes this completely furnished house charming is the layout. There is an enclosed front porch, and as you enter the home, a living room, dining room and a fully equipped kitchen which includes everything you need, with a walk in pantry, all appliances in good working order (refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher). This home has 3 full bathrooms - one on each floor. The 3 bedrooms on the second floor are completed with bed, dresser and desk, and all have ceiling fans,with the two back bedrooms having french doors that walk out to a 8X20 deck. The bedroom suite on the third floor, also complete with bed dresser and desk, with French that open Doors to a private 8X20 sundeck looking over the rooftops of the neighborhood. In the basement you will find 2 washers and 2 dryers plus closets and room for storage. The backyard provides parking for four cars. *A fifth person can be added, as there have been 5 before. There is another parking spot on the side of the yard for them. Students love it here! We enjoy renting to Fairfield U students, we love them and they love us back! And, of course, we have Central AC. **12 month lease required, May to May**
