Parties are strictly forbidden. Any reason to believe that you intend to throw a party will result in denial of entry without refund. Cincinnati Municipal Code considers unauthorized parties to be criminal trespassing. Please observe quiet hours from 9:30 pm to 8 am. Smoking and open flames are not allowed in the property, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, and hookah. Violating house rules may result in reservation termination without refund and potential additional fees. Dishonest or abusive behavior will result in termination of your reservation without refund. The property owner retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if they believe that you have done anything or intend to do anything that would harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the reputation of the property.
