About 515 E 78th St New York, NY 10075

Nice spacious studio on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Everyone who has been in there says "wow, this is a big studio". Definitely not overly small and would be good for 1 or even 2 people. Very clean. Management is great - they hold your packages, and if you ever have any problems with anything, they are at your beck & call, just around the corner or a phone call away. Only real negative about this place is that it's on the 6th floor of a walk-up (i.e. no elevator). That's that only issue though - otherwise, it has been a fantastic home in an amazing quiet neighborhood right by the river (which is beautiful to sit by on a Sunday morning). My lease formally ends on January 31st, so I'm looking for someone to sub-lease until then. After that, I'm sure it will be up to you whether you want to formally lease it for a full year with management. If you take over my lease, you have the option of buying my furniture (i.e. desk, hydraulic bed with storage underneath, L-shaped couch with storage underneath, table, TV, air conditioner, etc.). Also the photos added are of the apartment with nothing in it. I have personal photos of my furniture in it that I can personally send you if you're actually interested. Great deal and looking for someone reliable to take it over!
