Right off Spring Garden, this second and third floor apartment is large and makes great use of space. Unfurnished, the bedrooms are all large and each can easily fit a queen bed. There is one on the second (main) floor and two on the third floor. The house has been renovated in the last few years, but still has lots of old-timey charm to it. Good sunlight in the bedrooms and living room as well. Just north of Spring Garden on 36th Street, you're a 5 minute walk to Lancaster Ave and Drexel, 10-15 minutes to the heart of University City or 30th Street Station. 10 by bike/car to Whole Foods on the Parkway and the 43 Bus (33rd & Spring Garden) and 10 trolley (36th & Lancaster) will take you anywhere in the city! Washer and Dryer included. No application or showing fees. 1st, last and security needed for move in. Available for September move in.

Located in West Philadelphia directly across the Schuylkill River, Mantua is a historic neighborhood on the rise.
