I love living at 511 Faye! The staff are very friendly and always willing to help. The building has great amenities and actually just updated the gym, common areas are always clean and organized and the views are unmatched. My favorite feature in my apartment is my floor to ceiling windows. I absolutely love them!! If you’re looking for an upscale apartment, you should check out 511 Faye!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of applying for an apartment at 511 Faye Apartments in North Carolina, and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From start to finish, the process was riddled with inefficiencies, poor communication, and a complete disregard for the applicants' time and money. To begin with, the application fee for 511 Faye Apartments is a hefty $370, which is already quite steep compared to other places. Despite the cost, my partner and I were eager to secure an apartment in this complex and were willing to go through the application process. We provided all the requested documentation, including bank statements, in a timely manner, hoping for a smooth and efficient application process. However, the nightmare began when we never received any acknowledgment of our application's receipt. We were left in the dark, wondering about the status of our application. In an attempt to get some answers, we made numerous calls and sent multiple emails to the leasing office, but received no response for an extended period. Finally, after what felt like an eternity, we received an email response from 511 Faye Apartments. To our shock and dismay, they claimed that our bank statements were not a verifiable source of income, despite their own application explicitly stating that it is an accepted proof of income. This discrepancy is not only confusing but also highly unprofessional. What is most infuriating is the feeling that 511 Faye Apartments may be deliberately soaking up application fees from hopeful tenants, only to deny their applications without legitimate reasons. To make matters worse, we discovered that the apartment we had applied for had already been relisted before they even bothered to inform us of our application status. This suggests a complete lack of transparency and a blatant disregard for the time, money, and effort applicants invest in this process. In conclusion, my experience applying for an apartment at 511 Faye Apartments was nothing short of terrible. The exorbitant application fee, lack of communication, contradictory policies, and apparent indifference to applicants' concerns left a sour taste in my mouth. I would strongly caution anyone considering renting from this establishment to think twice and explore other options that value their potential tenants' time, money, and dignity.

I searched for months to find a luxury apartment that had the lifestyle aesthetic I was looking for. None of the other buildings in the area can compare when it comes to views or amenities. The wall to wall windows are to die for and there's no other place in the area like it. I absolutely hate carpet, and when looking for a luxury space, carpet is an immediate no for me. All of the other "luxury" places had carpet in the bedrooms! I love that 511 Faye DOES NOT. The units are beautiful, well designed, and everything I was looking for. The location is perfectly centered in the banking district so there is minimal noise and usually a front row seat to any downtown events on Fayetteville St. The leasing and concierge team are so friendly and accommodating to the residents. They always greet me, my dogs, and my children with smiles no mater the time of day. They are just a text message away to reach, which is hugely convenient. I feel that they have a true respect for the amount we pay to live here, and treat us accordingly. I wouldn't want to live anywhere else, and plan to stay for a long time!

Great community with a high standard of living. The staff does a great job at hosting events to keep the residents engaged. There have been instances where I can hear my neighbors conversations if they are loud because the walls are a bit thin, sometimes I can even smell their food (which smells amazing). The maintenance staff is very efficient and professional. Overall, I love living here. Oh yeah, the views are out of this world.

I've just moved to 511 Faye 2 weeks now. One of the most important things to me is the upkeeping of the building, and 511 Faye has done a great job in keeping the building clean in all areas. The leasing office and the concierge are very courteous and helping to meet your needs. I like that the leasing office and the concierge both dresses professionally, and knowledgeable about the community and its surroundings. The apartments are great with top appliances, nice wooden floors, and the amenities are great with luxury style. So far, I am well pleased.

511 Faye is such a beautiful place to live. All of the staff are very helpful when they can. It’s quiet and peaceful to stay here so it is easy to work from home, along with having beautiful views at the same time. The amenities are always very clean and well maintained. Concierge is always on it when it comes to needs and requests! It’s been absolutely wonderful being a resident here so far. I plan on staying at 511 Faye for a while. I love it here!

It has been amazing living at 511 Faye. The location is everything I’ve dreamed of. The views are out of this world. It is clean and their customized scent is soooo amazing. The parking deck was a bit difficult to navigate my first night, but now that I’ve figured it out there are no issues. The staff is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I absolutely love high rise living.

511 Faye is an amazing community. The apartments are amazing and the appliances and features are very modern. However if you are looking for a quiet place you may want to consider other options. During the warmer months there are frequent concerts and events on Fayetteville street as well as street noise, and noise from neighbors and their dogs.

511 Faye has been a great community to live in. The location and amenities are essentially the equivalent of a 4-star hotel, so that a good weather weekend can almost feel like a staycation during the pool season.

One of my worst living experiences was in 511 Faye Apartments. I recently moved to Raleigh for my job and was excited about this apartment with its great view and modern design. However, once I started living here, I had to deal with many problems: 1. The walls are very thing and smallest noise can be heard from the neighbors. My bedroom shares a wall with the neighbors and I can hear conversations, TV, ... even when I want to sleep. This is not my neighbors issue because in fact they relatively considerate but the building is not well designed. 2. Communication with the apartment managers and staff seems very slow and I have to wait for weeks to receive a response for a simple email. This process is frustrating and I have to spend time to get an answer to a smallest problems. 3. Electrical and outlet problem in my apartment was another issue that I needed to wait for two weeks and 4 technicians for it to be solved. 4. Heavy smell of marijuana through the vent is another problem that I deal with many times during past three months. It comes from the air conditioning vents and fills the apartment. Sadly, when I talked to leasing officers about this, they denied it and referred it to my apartment's air conditioning unit being new. So, not only they did not help but lie to the residents. 5. Some of the residents are very noisy and have parties frequently without consideration of noise during late night. when discussed with the leasing managers, instead of understanding the issue, they came with justifications and providing stupid solutions (installing photo frames in the walls to provide a noise insulation!!!) Overall, the complex is not what it looks like from outside and the tours. The only pro about this apartment is the view thanks to the large windows. The management is not honest, understanding and helpful. And communication with them is frustrating. with all this, I would not recommend leasing here.

It's too soon to really have thoughts. But the move in was super great, I love this hotel / apartment living hybrid, and how modern everything is. And that it seems 511 Faye is really taking advantage of technology, applicable start ups, and local business to provide residents with the best living experience. Reminds me of the Common model in NYC, except I think they failed or began to fail because too expensive to sustain, and too small of buildings.

The 511 Faye community has been incredible. From the leasing management team all the way to the maintenance department, the level of support has been great. The concierge staff is polite, professional and very accommodating. I highly recommend the 511 Faye apartments for your living experience!

Its a great place to live. You have the best views, the best location, and the layout is beautiful. It is going to be great when Downtown opens back up again. The restaurants and bars are so close. Everything is within 3 blocks of you.
