See our modernist, well-designed one-bedroom basement apartment (separate entrance) with the monthly rent covering all utilities including, High Speed Wi-Fi Internet and cable. There’s a main living/kitchen area, large sunny bathroom and, separated by a hallway, a proper actual bedroom. Located in a private house 1.5 blocks from Arlington Rd, downtown Bethesda and 10 minutes from the Bethesda Metro. The Bethesda Shopping Center, Safeway, CVS, and a gas station are a short block away. A couple minutes’ walk to Capital Crescent Trail, Bethesda public pool and a public park/field to exercise in, and tennis courts in nearby Norwood Park. Main living area features kitchenette, with two small fridges, a ceramic two-burner induction stove top, microwave, toaster oven and two half fridges. Newly installed sink and granite with lots of cabinet space above and in built-in wooden. Cable hook-ups in living room and bedroom, recessed lighting, floor lamps, queen-sized bed, couch and tables and chairs. Heat controlled from inside apartment. Lots of light, standard basement window; and large well window in bedroom. Bedroom has lighted double closet with three hanging racks, and built-in shelves above. Entrance foyer space is tiled and has a hanging rack and room for shoes and coats. Bathroom with its own window, a double sink, a full bathtub/shower and four drawers to store clothes etc... under sink. In addition to toilet, there is heating in bathroom. Storage room provided in the utility room in the basement; lots of street parking space (no restrictions on evenings and weekends) for visitors. One-year rental lease preferred.
