There is an in-suite washer/dryer and on-site parking. This Queens Road condo is within walking distance of the Myers Park Mile and Atrium CMC and Novant Hospitals. Charlotte’s biggest and best fitness center, the Dowd Y, is only five minutes away. Amenities include cardio equipment, weights, group classes and swimming. A 7-day pass is only $50. This condo provides the ultimate home-away-from-home experience with unmatched hospitality. You can relax with comfortable beds, blackout curtains, a relaxing couch, high-speed Wi-Fi and Hulu + Live TV channels. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. The bedroom has a king-size bed with a television and a generous closet, including plenty of clothes hangers and an iron and ironing board. Furnishings may vary slightly from photographs as they are periodically updated. The spacious bathroom features a walk-in shower with dual shower heads and a double sink. You will love the heated marble bathroom floor. Included in the amenity package are Nest products as well as detergents. The building has a shared patio that includes a grill, table and chairs, perfect for a cookout while enjoying the beautiful surrounding scenery. A workstation is available for rent during your stay. This includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard and mouse. There is ample on-site parking next to the building. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera and Old Pancake House. Favorite full-service spots include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican) and Napa on Providence. If you are looking for local gems, check out Laurel Market, Summit Coffee, Salted Melon and Fenwick’s. On the ‘Myers Park Mile,’ you will find many locally owned shops including antiques, fine gifts, wines and bespoke clothing for men and women. Spring through fall, Simpson’s Farmers Market on Kings Drive is just around the corner and open Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Charlotte’s renowned greenway is less than a half mile away. From there, you can bike, run or walk along the 30 miles of trails. The condo is also very close to Freedom Park, Dilworth, Plaza-Midwood, the Atrium Medical Center (Levine Children’s Hospital, Levine Cancer Institute and Sanger Heart Center) and the Novant Hospital complex. The parks and open walking spaces make the area perfect for those with a furry friend. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed in most properties with a pet fee. Many neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs. The streetcar to Uptown is a 10-minute walk away. Uber and Lyft are also convenient options, and many bikeshare companies offer inexpensive bikes and scooters. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. Smoking is prohibited. If any signs of smoking are found, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with prior approval. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, the reservation will be canceled, you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. Noise may be monitored with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Trash must be bagged and placed in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large, upholstered sofa, which pulls out into an additional bed, and a large flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV, a work desk and ultra-fast Wi-Fi that enables business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. Enjoy the artwork by local artist Nico Amortigue, well-known for large-scale paintings and installations throughout NC and The Smithsonian.
