Relax in the spacious living room featuring a large upholstered sofa, which pulls out into an additional bed, and a large flatscreen television with streaming and Live TV, a work desk, and ultra-fast Wi-Fi that enables business travelers to stay plugged into their busy schedules. The kitchen features a gourmet gas range, a convection oven, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a dishwasher, and a stackable washer and dryer. Granite countertops complete the kitchen, which comes fully equipped with essentials such as measuring cups, spoons, mixing bowls, roasting pans, and a garlic press. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats four with all the place settings. Well-behaved, quiet dogs are allowed in most of our properties with a pet fee. Many of our neighborhood restaurants have patios that welcome dogs. A workstation is available for rent during your stay. This includes a 32” monitor, wireless keyboard, and mouse. There is ample on-site parking next to our building. Located in historic Myers Park, Queens Road is the heart of Charlotte’s premier neighborhood, replete with wide sidewalks and towering oaks throughout the neighborhood. This incredibly safe community provides an ideal place for walking or jogging, and you are just a short stroll to multiple coffee shops and restaurants. Within a half-mile walking distance are more than 40 locally owned restaurants (Thai, Italian, French, and Mexican), as well as Starbucks, Panera, and Old Pancake House. Our favorite full-service spots include Stagioni (Italian), RuRu’s (casual Mexican), and Napa on Providence. If you are looking for local gems, check out Laurel Market, Summit Coffee, Salted Melon, and Fenwick’s. Guests must be at least 21 years old to make a reservation, and this rule is strictly enforced. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. Other events are permitted at the home only with our prior approval. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. We may monitor noise with exterior cameras and/or noise monitoring technology. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. If an issue arises and guests request a refund, we will require guests to agree to a release before issuing a refund. Pets are permitted at this home. You must notify us if you plan to bring a pet to the home and will be charged a non-refundable fee. You will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. A workstation is available for rent during your stay.
