Verified through Experian. • Applicants must have no unpaid rent or utility bills. • Rental History: Good standing with current/previous landlords. No outstanding rent or fees. No evictions in the last five years. • Criminal background check required. • Income: Combined monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent (i.e. $1,995x3.5 = $6,982.50 or more each month). • Pets/Animals: Must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals. • We are only able to hold the home for a move-in/lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date the application is approved. PET POLICY: • Up to 2 pets/animals maximum (accepted on a case-by-case basis). • Pet Fee: $300 upfront, nonrefundable, per pet. • Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet (nonrefundable). • Responsibility: Tenants are monetarily responsible for all damages caused by pets. • Pets/Animals: ALL must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals. APPLICATION PROCESS, FEES, AND APPROVAL: • Application Fee: $85 per person (nonrefundable). Every individual 18 or older must submit a separate application.
