Located approximately 13 minutes from downtown Woodland Park, this home offers beautiful views and common sightings of deer, turkey, and bears. Encounter more breathtaking scenery when you hike or bike along the scenic trails of Pike's Peak. It is 39 miles to the Air Force Academy, 20 miles to Manitou Springs, 24 miles to Garden of the Gods, and 26 miles to Cripple Creek. Some roads are steep, and 4WD or AWD is necessary in winter. This vacation rental does not have air-conditioning. Use 4-wheel drive when coming to the neighborhood. For stays 6 months or longer, utilities are not included. [SI]
