Upstairs is full of light with open floor plan, soaring vaulted ceiling, living room, dining room, fully provisioned kitchen, balcony (with futon) and large high-end BBQ grill. Office and half bath upstairs. Kitchen is well-provisioned with everything you need!! Ceiling fans in every room. Entire condo has been beautifully updated. Stone shower in master with lots of pressure from the shower-head, bathtub in second bathroom, amazing porch and balcony to listen to the tranquil ocean, gas fireplace with blower, granite countertops in kitchen, heat in every room. Feel the ocean breeze while being only 68 steps from the securely gated side entry to the stairs, leading down to the ocean. Black-out curtains in master bedroom. Both bedrooms have a sliding glass door to the patio. Blinds in both rooms. Beautiful art throughout. TVs have TONS of channels and apps, including: Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV+, ESPN, HBO, STARZ, Movie Channels, Encore, Showtime, Cinemax and more! Complex has pools, jacuzzi, tennis courts.
