Kannapolis is a medium-sized city in central North Carolina. It’s a nice location for commuters—the drive to downtown Charlotte is under forty minutes via Interstate 85, and Amtrak runs a route between Kannapolis and Charlotte as well.

Kannapolis is very friendly to residents who like to stay active, with numerous public parks and a series of running and biking trails collectively known as “The Loop” on the north side of town.
