This second story 1b/1b, features remodeled interior with new appliances, refrigerated air and lots of storage space from the steeply gabled architecture. New flooring (pets negotiable, a monthly pet fee of $25 will be added for each pet), fresh paint and claw foot bathtub. Great location @ the SE corner of 5th and Coal, SW: walking distance from shops, offices and downtown. The property has a shared, onsite laundry (coordination required with neighbors) and on street parking. Management pays for water/sewer/trash, all else is the responsibility of tenant. Electric stove, electric heaters and refrigerated air conditioning in both the bedroom and living room. You will never want to leave the house! There is no gas utility to worry about--all appliances are electric. Internet will be your responsibility to set up with local service providers. Gross income must be 3x or greater than annual rental dues. Renters insurance is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED but not required.
