I love living here! My spacious apartment has an electric fireplace, new appliances and plenty of storage space with closets and cabinetry. The property maintenance team routinely services water heaters, HVAC and refrigerator filters, garages and common areas. The landscaping is attractive, and, for hosting your friends, there's a beautiful community room with several gas grills and outdoor gathering space. There's a nice mix of ages here, and each building has its own mailboxes and package center.

I have loved living here at 505 Sutton. My unit was nice and clean when I first moved in, and all the amenties and other buildings are very clean as well. But the best part of 505 Sutton is the staff, Susan in the leasing office is the absolute best. Not only did she help me with the apartment leasing process, but when on site she is super helpful with any issues that come up. It's so nice to feel a sense of community and 505 does that!

We are happy new residents at 505 Sutton. From our first visit, we were supported cheerfully and effectively by the leasing team. My first time renting in many years and I am so pleased with the quality and quietness of my unit. Pets are welcome as well. The layouts are amazing, in addition to lovely neighbors and monthly gratis events by the Property Management, 505 Sutton was just built in 2022!
