About This Property

This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath, open concept living-dining-kitchen. Very spacious, with lots of natural light. Luxury plank vinyl floors in all but the bedrooms. Cellular blinds in the window are functional from both bottom up and top down. Built in 2019, it has well designed separation of the bedrooms, almost as 2 master suites except the main bath is off the hallway. The home is heated and cooled by an energy efficient heat pump. HOA takes care of the yards, all of them kept nicely. There is only parking for two cars (garage and driveway), no street parking. Comes with full sized appliances: refrigerator, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Pets considered on approval. Additional refundable deposit. Must be adult & fixed. No private yard, pets must be on a leash or strictly indoors. Pet application required. No future pets. Application fee is $50 per adult. We do NOT accept portable applications (something that is obtained outside of the company). A complete application means: you've seen the unit, submitted the application and paid the fee.
