This townhome features a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker, a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and smart TVs. A spacious living area offers plenty of seating, room-darkening shades, and central air conditioning and heating. Step outside to a fenced backyard with a private pool, a patio table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Pool heating is available for an additional $35 per day of stay with at least one week's notice. Located in the heart of Kissimmee, this townhome is nestled near Walt Disney World, SeaWorld Orlando, and Universal Studios. Located within Storey Lake Resort, you gain access to a resort-style pool, lazy river, splash pad, sand volleyball court, mini-golf, and a canoe/kayak launch. A shared gym is nearby. The property is a short drive to local conveniences such as Walmart and Starbucks. MCO Airport is about 23 minutes away, and major roads are just minutes from the front door. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is eight. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed two per reservation. Up to two cars may park in available parking spaces in front of the home. Guests should refrain from moving the furniture within the property. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
