Three bedroom two bathroom home in Summer Breeze, Sequim, a nice and quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, and schools. Laundry closet with washer and dryer (provided as-is). 2 car garage with electric opener. The backyard is fully fenced and has a covered East facing deck. Tenant is responsible for all utilities (water, sewer, garbage, electricity). Weeding and tree and shrub trimming are provided but the tenant is responsible for mowing the grass. Please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the grass looking nice at all times. Sorry, no pets. First and last month rent and $1,900 security deposit and $200 non-refundable carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for long-term, non-smoking/vaping, responsible tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verifiable monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
