Chunk of Coal Working to be a Diamond

I love my apartment! It's very spacious and clean. It was remodeled right before I moved in so we were also the first ones to have the new set up. I gave it three stars because inside of my walls everything is great, however, everything outside of my door is pretty awful. The management company is unprofessional, the tenants will smoke in the hallways and leave their cigarette butts, there is a major language barrier with the super so it's hard to request any work be done in your apartment and to top it off the neighbors BLAST music at all times of the day and night with no regard to anyone else. The worst part is that it took months for management to finally say something about the tenant who was letting their dog use the stairwell as a restroom. It has become more livable since I arrived over a year ago though so hopefully more tenants will continue to band together to make a change in the building.
