Great 1 bed room, with the noise level you'd expect

This is a great apartment! There's a dishwasher, a big closet in the bed room and separate kitchen and living room. Also gets really good light because it's on the corner of the building and having Tompkins Square Park 1 block away is super nice. The management company is very responsive and helpful! The only downside to this apartment has to be the noise. You might hear a few drunk people, but in general it's totally fine when all the windows are close. You don't hear much from the bar/restaurant below. On the other hand, if you have the windows open it's a bit hard to hear TV or have a phone conversion over the traffic noise.
