Your new home offers a large living room and bedrooms. The bathroom is good size with extra large tub. The kitchen offers modern appliance and lots of cooking space. The duplex does have a shared driveway with the residents next door. If you decide to apply for one of our properties, there is a $50 per adult application fee that is non-refundable. Anyone aged 18 or above who will be residing at the property must apply.
