The upstairs of my home is available to rent. It is a mother-in-law apartment but also has its own independent entrance and amenities. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. It was updated a few years ago and only two people have lived in it since, so it is in beautiful condition. It’s an ideal spot for someone clean, chill, communicative, and respectful. I (the owner) live on the main floor and it’s important to me that we vibe even though we will never be in each other's space. I’m in my 30s. It’s a really cute spot and I love it here.
